vargenpath

Command Line Interface for VarGenPath.

vargenpath [OPTIONS]

Options

--variants-file <variants_file>

A list with variants. [required]

--network-name <network_name>

The name of your network.

--image-path <image_path>

If input, the network will be saved as an image in the provided path.

--image-type <image_type>

type of image to be saved.

Options

jpeg|jpg|pdf|png|ps|svg

--session-path <session_path>

If input, the cytoscape session will be saved in the provided path.

--extend-network

if true, the network will be extended.

--linkset-path <linkset_path>

if input network will be extended using the linkset, otherwise will use default.

--network-path <network_path>

If input, the cytoscape network will be saved in the provided path.

--network-file-type <network_file_type>

type of image to be saved.
